Saying yes to the Wild Body Voice & Soul Retreat in the Appalachian Mountains with my incredible mentor, AuSierra, was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Wild Body, Voice & Soul Retreat was a unique experience that I will always hold in my heart. I felt so nurtured and cared for during this five day retreat. Every day was a magical adventure into the forest and connecting with the water element. Hidden gems of nature held me as I healed from within. My biggest takeaway is remembering the medicine of being in nature and how healing it can be when the time is taken.
